Inclusion – First-Hand Explanations

Inklusion – Erklärung aus erster Hand

How can inclusion be explained and promoted by individuals who are affected by or at risk of exclusion themselves? How can these individuals be trained for this educational work? The goals of the project are to assess the current situation, develop a training concept, and identify a suitable provider. Additionally, the project aims to generate interest among educational institutions in employing trained individuals and to create a deployment plan.

Students engage in action research, meaning that even the process of assessing the status quo and identifying interested institutions already initiates widespread engagement with the topic. They conduct interviews, develop and adapt curricula, and also run trial seminars for affected individuals. Furthermore, they carry out pilot deployments at universities.
