Mobile palliative care teams have long practiced interdisciplinary collaboration among various professional groups within the healthcare system, including physicians, nurses, psychologists, and Social Workers. This bachelor’s project aims to explore and document how interdisciplinary collaboration is implemented in selected palliative care teams. 

A key focus of the study is on investigating the conditions, frameworks, and factors that enable successful interdisciplinary work on equal terms for all professional groups. The findings from this project shall offer transferable insights into what is needed for effective interdisciplinary collaboration, with potential relevance for other areas of healthcare, especially in the field of Primary Health Care.
