Vocational and workplace affiliation are central points of identification – not only for young people – and play a significant role in social inclusion. This project focuses on the experiences of young people who are completing their vocational training outside the framework of "traditional company-based" apprenticeships.

The aim is to reconstruct orientation patterns. The data for this reconstruction is collected through group discussions with young people and with individuals responsible for training. The analysis is conducted using the documentary method. The insights gained can serve as a reflective framework for (social) pedagogical and Social Work practices.
